1. You will receive the remaining information concerning the business posted on the Internet.
2. You will obtain a unique client number on Active's Business Buyer Database.
3. You will obtain periodic newsletters dealing with the business brokerage industry, recent sales, new listings, financing news and other general issues regarding buying and selling a business.
4. You may be eligible to receive the names and addresses of the business directly from the Internet.
5. By obtaining a User Name and Password and registers with ACTIVE BUSINESS BROKER ( hereafter referred to as ACTIVE ) the Client understands and agrees to the following :
   1. ACTIVE does not guarantee the accuracy and/or reliability of any information indicated.
   2. ACTIVE reserves the right to modify and change any information indicated.
   3. ACTIVE is a chartered real estate broker. In no way does ACTIVE represent itself as a lawyer or accountant.
   4. ACTIVE highly recommends all its clients to refer to a professional accountant and/or lawyer for advice and review all information before completing a transaction.
   5. ACTIVE may refer its clients to certain professionals in the industry however each Client freely chooses their own legal counsel.
   6. ACTIVE may at times represent both the Buyer and Seller in the same dossier, and both Clients understand and accept such arrangement.
   7. ACTIVE attempts to represent all data and information as accurate and recent as possible however all Clients will indemnify and hold ACTIVE and its representatives harmless of all present and future potential legal claims regarding any omissions, errors or conflict of interest.
   8. Each Client understands that buying and selling a business is based on many variables and situations and inherently is not free of risk. Each client understands that the variables are uncertain and results and projections are not guaranteed.

I, the new and/or existing Client of ACTIVE accept and understand the registration points indicated above. I fully accept the fact that ACTIVE is merely a business broker marketing and networking businesses for sale on behalf of the Buyers and Sellers it will be my responsibility to authenticate and verify all information before choosing to purchase any said business.
